REFUND/RETURNS & DELIVERY POLICY

Pink Icing Sleepwear is pleased to offer a satisfaction guarantee for all items purchased & therefore, we DO NOT offer cash refunds.

Due to intimate nature of our products, we are NOT accepting any returns or exchanges. We DO NOT offer cash refunds. If for any approved reason you are issued a refund, your funds will be returned to you via the same method of payment.

All items are checked before delivery to insure correctness of order and for damages. However, if for any reason you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order so that we can assist you. 

​

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Currently, we offer delivery to customers on the island of New Providence at a cost of $6.00 (2-3 days after purchase). Family Island delivery  is also provided at a cost of $8.00 and is subject to specific arrangements made between Pink Icing Sleepwear and the customer. We do apologize that we do not currently facilitate international purchase and deliveries.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details usually within a few minutes.  You will receive another email notification once your order has been marked for delivery. At which time you will not be able to make any changes to that order. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
